Our breeding policy is simply to improve the genetics we have, to strive for optimal use of the soil with as little impact on the field as possible. Good genetics will always be in demand and therefore we get the best genetics when we establish trophies, from there we use careful selection processes to grow our trophies to full potential.
We have erected seven breeding camps with passive boma systems. The average breeding camp size is 60 hectares. All camps are fully electrified and reinforced against predators because we feel it is a big responsibility to breed with animals and also feel that genetics should not be mixed. We rely on supplementation and natural roughage to get our animals in optimal condition so that we can enjoy maximum production.
We focus on Golden Wildebeeste, King Wildebeeste, Zambian Cross Sable, Black Impala, Copper Springbok and Buffalo.
